Materials are delivered to you electronically via email in the form of a direct download link which is hosted by our WeTransfer servers. Standard material packages are provided to you in an editable Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) format to enable you to further customize / personalize the material content.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Bella Visage training materials are supplied in digital (soft copy) format. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and training materials cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered.
However, we are committed to the quality and accuracy of our materials. Should you identify any errors, missing content, formatting issues, or compliance-related updates, Bella Visage will provide the necessary corrections, updates, or remediation at no additional cost.
